About these disclosures
These disclosures supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement that applies to Seed to Singularity. They are written in plain language for transparency and do not waive or restrict consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
Fictional entertainment
Seed to Singularity is a fictional entertainment game. Its companies, models, products, events, valuations, funding rounds, acquisitions, initial public offerings, and characters are imaginary. Any resemblance to real people, companies, products, or events is coincidental. No real company, investor, AI provider, hardware manufacturer, financial institution, or other third party sponsors, endorses, or is affiliated with the game unless expressly stated.
No professional advice or real-world service
The game does not provide financial, investment, securities, legal, tax, accounting, business, employment, technical, cybersecurity, or AI-safety advice. Gameplay values and outcomes are simplified and fictional and must not be used to make real-world decisions.
The game does not train real AI models, provide cloud computing, create or operate a company, open a financial account, execute trades, issue shares, transfer ownership, or conduct real fundraising, acquisition, or public offering.
Virtual resources
Capital, data, R&D, reputation, compute, Insights, valuations, ownership percentages, and all other in-game resources:
- exist only within Seed to Singularity;
- are fictional, non-transferable, and licensed for personal gameplay only;
- have no cash or redemption value;
- are not currency, cryptocurrency, securities, deposits, investments, property rights, or ownership of any real asset or company; and
- cannot be withdrawn, sold, exchanged, wagered, gifted, or transferred outside the game.
In-app purchases
Resource caches are optional consumable purchases processed by Apple through StoreKit. The complete game remains playable without purchasing them.
- The exact virtual resources included in each cache are shown before purchase.
- Apple displays the localized price and requests confirmation before charging the Apple Account.
- Packages may be purchased repeatedly. There is no subscription.
- Ad-Free Founder is a restorable non-consumable purchase that disables all advertisements for the purchasing Apple Account.
- Consumables apply to the local save, are depleted through gameplay, and generally cannot be restored after use or transferred to another device.
- A purchase does not guarantee any outcome, rank, completion time, continued feature availability, or preservation against reset, deletion, device failure, or local-data loss.
- Purchase authorization, billing, taxes, and eligible refunds are administered under Apple’s rules and applicable law.
Only an Apple Account holder or someone authorized by that account holder should make a purchase. A child or minor should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian. The game contains no paid loot boxes, wagering, cash prizes, or real-money gaming.
Local saves and changes
Progress, preferences, and fulfilled-purchase identifiers are stored locally. Resetting progress or deleting the app may permanently remove progress and consumed resources, subject to device-backup behavior.
Offline earnings and displayed values are estimates produced by game rules. Balance, content, availability, prices, and features may change in future updates. Software defects, device failures, operating-system changes, or service interruptions may affect access or saved progress.
Privacy and advertising
The game does not create an in-game account. Apple processes purchase and payment information under Apple’s policies. When advertising is enabled, Google Mobile Ads and its consent platform may process device information, advertising identifiers when permitted, IP address, approximate location, diagnostics, consent choices, and ad interactions. Purchasing Ad-Free Founder stops advertising requests from the game. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.
License, warranties, and liability
Unless a valid custom agreement is provided in App Store Connect, Seed to Singularity is licensed under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which contains the controlling license, warranty, product-claims, support, and liability terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seed to Singularity is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing here excludes, limits, or waives statutory consumer protections, warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, limited, or waived.
